Annual Meeting 2013 – Milan
“Mothers and children first. Stories and protagonists” was the title of our annual meeting, held in Milan at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart on 16th of November 2013.
The aim of this third event, almost two years after the start of the project, was to translate results into renewed motivation to achieve the goal of 125,000 assisted child deliveries in 5 years. People and organizations, the First Lady of Mozambique S.E. Maria da Luz Guebuza, the President of the Senate Pietro Grasso and Zainab Hawa Bangura, UN Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict: united together to give a voice to mothers and children, who are the project’s main beneficiaries.
