REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in Medicine and Surgery with further specialisation or equivalent title in Paediatrics
• Good knowledge of written and spoken French
• Solid experience in paediatrics
• Previous experience in fragile contexts and/or low resources settings

KEY DUTIES
The Pediatrician will have a role of technical assistance for the improvement of the quality of care in the Pediatric Complex.
The specific tasks will be:

• support the regular functioning of clinics and ICU, including carrying out clinical activities
• participate in the theoretical and practical training of department staff on the application of national and international guidelines and standards
• contribute to the strategy of improving the quality of services, collaborating in the evaluation of the treatments offered and in the development or update of protocols
• supervise data collection and analysis and train the department staff
• elaborate technical reports in the area of ​​competence
• contribute to the implementation of operational research activities and scientific publications
