Administrators should have solid administrative-accountancy skills, and specifically:

• at least d 6-12 month of working experience in developing countries with NGOs;
• good knowledge of English, Portuguese or French

There is also a smaller need for other professionals with at least 6-12 months of experience in developing countries:

• logisticians with technical and practical experience in construction, renovation and maintenance of buildings, equipment and so on;
• community development experts with anthropology or sociology competence and previous experience in managing community activities in developing countries.
