In 2008 Doctors with Africa CUAMM embarked on a still-ongoing process to transform its organizational culture, structure and management.

The final objective is to align and make harmonious and transparent all of CUAMM’s processes and procedures, both at its Padua headquarters and in its country offices, as well as to optimize time and resources.
